Purpose

A report to seek approval to recommission the
Domestic Abuse Counselling and Therapeutic Service
(DASCAT).

Decision

That Cabinet
 
1.    
Authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health to
commence the procurement process for the Domestic Abuse Specialist
Counselling and Therapy (DASCAT) Service; and
 
2.    
Authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health, to
enter into all relevant contracts and agreements for the provision
of Domestic Abuse Specialist Counselling and Therapy Services in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care and
Health on terms and conditions acceptable to the Executive Director
for Resources.
