1)   
Approves the addition of £0.093 million to the capital
programme to deliver the scheme at St Gabriel’s CofE Academy
(Rugby). This will be funded by developer contributions and High
Needs Provision Capital Allocations;
 
2)   
Approves the addition of £0.025 million to the capital
programme to deliver the scheme at Little Stars Nursery
(Atherstone). This will be funded by developer contributions and
the DfE Early Years Capital Expansion Grant;
 
3)   
Approves the addition of £0.026 million to the capital
programme to deliver the scheme at Anker Bridge Nursery
(Polesworth). This will be funded by the DfE Early Years Capital
Expansion Grant;
 
4)   
Approves the addition of £0.026 million to the capital
programme to deliver the scheme at Wellingtons Day Nursery (Rugby).
This will be funded by developer contributions;
 
5)   
Approves the addition of £0.510 million to the capital
programme to deliver the scheme at The Griffin Primary School

In relation to the schemes covered in this Report, authorises the
Executive Director for Children and Young People, in consultation

appropriate procurement process and then enter into the appropriate
contracts or (where the scheme is school led) to make the necessary
funding arrangements for these schemes on terms and conditions
considered acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources.
