Purpose

This report is seeking Cabinet approval for
the re-procurement of a dementia information and advice
service.

That Cabinet
 
1)   
Authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care and
Health, to commence a procurement process for the provision of a
Dementia Information and Advice Service by Warwickshire County
Council as set out in this report; and
 
2)   
Authorises the Executive Director for Social Care and Health to
enter into all relevant contracts for
the provision of a Dementia Information and Advice Service on terms
and conditions acceptable to the Executive Director for
Resources.
