1)   
Recommends to Council the addition of £2,110,400 to the
Capital Programme for 2025/2026 in respect of the C11 Higham
Lane/Peake Avenue, Nuneaton - middle junction 4 arms roundabout,
highways improvements scheme which will be funded by the developer;
and
 
2)   
Subject to the approval of Council authorises the Executive
Director for Communities in consultation with the Portfolio Holder
for Finance and Property to procure and enter into any necessary
contracts and agreements required to implement the scheme on terms
and conditions acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources
and subject to the requirements of the section 278 Highways Act
1980 agreement with the developer.
