Notes the resolution of full council on 14 October 2025 to support
the model of a single unitary council for Warwickshire, to form the
basis of a final submission to Government;
2.
Authorises the submission to Government of final proposals for
unitary local government on that basis, as set out at Appendix 1 to
the report;
3.
Authorises the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader, to
finalise and submit the Council’s final proposals to
Government by 28 November 2025
