Decision

That the Leader:
 
1.         Accepts the
devolution of the Adult Skills Funding powers to the Council
pursuant to the Level 2 Devolution Deal which was agreed with
Government in March 2024;
 
And
 
2.         Authorises the
Chief Executive to agree the draft Regulations which will devolve
the Adult Skills Funding powers to the Council and authorises her
to consent to the making of the Regulations on behalf of the
Council.
