That Cabinet
 

1.    
Approves the establishment of resourced provision at Binley Woods
Primary School, Binley Woods and approves the addition to the
capital programme of £0.118 million, funded by the High Needs
Provision Capital Allocation, to deliver the prescribed
alteration;
 

2.    
Approves the establishment of resourced provision at Brownsover
Community School, Rugby and approves the addition to the capital
programme of £0.087 million, funded by the High Needs
Provision Capital Allocation, to deliver the prescribed
alteration;
 

3.    
Subject to Department for Education approval to the required
'significant change' application, approves the establishment of
resourced provision at St Oswald’s CofE Academy, Rugby and
approves the addition to the capital programme of £0.116
million, funded by the High Needs Provision Capital Allocation, to
deliver the prescribed alteration;
 

4.    
Approves the increase of two places within the SEND resourced
provision at Paddox Primary School, Rugby, resulting in an overall
provision of 16 spaces, and;
 

5.    
Authorises the Executive Director for Children and Young People, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Property, to
carry out appropriate procurement processes and to enter into all
relevant and appropriate contracts or (where the scheme is school
led) to make the necessary funding arrangements for these schemes
on terms and conditions considered acceptable to the Executive
Director for Resources.
