Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Property (Deputy Leader) authorises the proposal to complete a surrender of the Council’s existing leasehold interest and a re-grant of a new leasehold interest at the Benn Education Centre, on terms and conditions acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources, as outlined and summarised in Appendix A to the report.
