The Cabinet decided to authorise the Executive Director for Communities to commence a procurement process for Highways, Transport and Infrastructure Professional Services. This decision was made on 16/07/2026. The Cabinet also authorised the Executive Director for Communities to award contracts and enter into agreements with Coventry City Council, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, and any other joining authorities.
