Decision

The minutes of the meeting of Council held on
25 July 2023 were agreed as a true record subject to amendment of
the seventh paragraph on page 3 of the minutes to read
“Councillor Christopher Kettle spoke as the local division
member to ask officers to ensure the track used by the equestrian
community as an offroad facility was enabled to be
continued.”
