The Cabinet, County Council decided on 28 January 2025 to approve additions to the Education Capital Programme 2024/25. This included establishing a SEND minor capital works fund of £0.400 million, approving £0.150 million for specialist resourced provision at Queens CofE Academy, £0.085 million at Woodside CofE Primary School, £0.081 million at The Nethersole CofE Primary School, £0.038 million at St Benedict's Catholic High School, £0.072 million for Boughton Leigh Junior School, and £0.150 million for Wellingtons Day Nursery, Rugby. The Cabinet also decided not to proceed with increasing the capacity of Whitestone Infant School or Chetwynd Junior School at this time.

The Cabinet decided on 13 June 2024 to endorse the recommendations of the Menopause Services Task and Finish Review. The recommendations include requesting the Integrated Care Board to develop a communications strategy, consider options to improve access to menopause specialists, seek the establishment of voluntary sector support groups, and for the County Council to share information on its staff support offer with partner organisations. The Adult Social Care and Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee will monitor the implementation of these recommendations.

The Portfolio Holder for Transport and Planning decided on 17 July 2026 to approve the making of The Warwickshire County Council (District of Stratford On Avon) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions, On Street Parking Places & Residents' Parking) (Consolidation) (Variation No.11 ) Order 2025 (now 2026). The Portfolio Holder also requested that the impact of the Order be monitored and further investigations be carried out within six months into measures to mitigate resident parking zones becoming over-subscribed.

The Resources and Fire & Rescue Overview and Scrutiny Committee considered on 1 July 2026 the draft Terms of Reference for an assurance review of policies and processes within Warwickshire's library service and other public spaces. The review aims to provide assurance that libraries are welcoming, inclusive, politically impartial, age-appropriate, compliant with obligations, and maintain public confidence.
