Purpose

This item seeks approval to enter into a
contract for electrical testing services and works.

Content

RESOLVED that:
 

1.   
The award of a contract for EICR Inspections and Remedial Works to
Pilon Limited for an initial three (3) year term, plus up to two
(2) annual extensions of one (1) year each (total maximum five (5)
years), for an anticipated contract value of £3,491,221.54
(three million, four hundred and ninety one thousand two hundred
and twenty one pounds and fifty four pence) plus inflation, subject
to annual review be approved.

2.   
A supplementary estimate of £143,244 for the capital works
included in the EICR contract to be funded from HRA working
balances and incorporated within the HRA business plan going
forward be approved.
