RESOLVED that:

a)    The Panel agrees that a further draft work programme taking account of topics suggested at the current meeting be produced for consideration at the Panel meeting on 18 September 2025.

b)    The Panel identifies the following topics as priorities for inclusion in the work programme:

·       Shared enabling services

·       Victims and witness services, including long term support for victims of crime

·       How the PFCC is supporting and holding to account the Chief Constable and Chief Fire Officer for recruitment and retention by Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service

·       Domestic abuse and domestic violence

c)     The Panel agrees to hold online pre-meetings ahead of future Panel meetings.

d)    The Panel agrees to continue its membership of the East Midlands Police and Crime Panels Network for 2025/26.

e)    The Panel agrees to continue its membership of the National Association of Police, Fire and Crime Panels for 2025/26.
