The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved the demolition of a rear extension and conservatory and their rebuild as a new entrance hall and garden room on 03 July 2025. The decision was approved in accordance with the Case Officer’s recommendation, subject to various requirements to be set out in the minutes.
