The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council on 18 November 2025 agreed to withdraw a reason for refusal for an appeal statement of case. The committee decided to make a 'no case to answer submission' regarding the principle of development and to withdraw this reason for refusal.
