The Schools Forum noted the provisional outturn position for the year ended 31 March 2024 and noted the school balances position as at 31 March 2024. The Schools Forum endorsed the WNC decision not to clawback uncommitted school balances exceeding 10% as at the end of the 2023-24 financial year.
