The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved the erection of stables, a menage, and the use of agricultural land for keeping horses at Station Farm, Denton Road, Horton on 04 June 2026. The decision was made in accordance with the Case Officer’s recommendation, subject to various requirements. These include conditions regarding time limits, adherence to approved plans, restrictions on external lighting, implementation of ecological recommendations, personal use only, and updated ecological appraisals if development is delayed. A Biodiversity Gain Plan, including a Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan, is also required post-consent.
