The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved listed building consent for the demolition of an existing conservatory and the construction of a replacement at Gullivers, 43 West End, West Haddon on 06 August 2026. The decision was made in accordance with the Case Officer’s recommendation, subject to conditions. These conditions include specifying that the development must be completed within three years, carried out in accordance with approved plans, and that materials used for external walls, roof, and the concrete base cladding must match the existing building.
