The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved the development of a new single-storey warehouse storage facility with an office annex at Caswell Science Park on 06 August 2026. The decision was made in accordance with the Case Officer’s recommendation, subject to various requirements. These include the submission and approval of a Construction Method Statement, details of surface water drainage, and a condition survey of the existing receiving drainage network.
