The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved the recommendations on 06 August 2026. The decision was to grant permission for the construction of 14 residential dwellings, including 12 affordable homes, subject to conditions and a Section 106 legal agreement. This agreement will secure affordable housing provisions, a financial contribution to libraries, on-site play and open space, and a biodiversity net gain management plan.
