The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved the residential development of up to 21 dwellings on 08 October 2026. The decision was made in accordance with the Case Officer’s recommendation, subject to various requirements to be set out in the minutes. These requirements include 21 affordable dwellings, a libraries financial contribution, adoption or maintenance of public open space, a biodiversity net gain habitat management and monitoring plan, and a S106 monitoring fee.
