The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved the conversion of a dwellinghouse into three one-bedroom flats at 52 Nicholls Court, Northampton on 08 October 2026. The decision was made in accordance with the Case Officer's recommendation, subject to conditions. These conditions include the provision of refuse and recycling storage bins and a secure, covered cycle store prior to the first occupation of the flats.
