Cabinet on 17 April 2019
resolved:
 
That the Head of Paid Service,
in consultation with the Cabinet Member with responsibility for the
Environment, be authorised to update the policy as necessary to
ensure it remains up to date.
 
The current policy for
management of the trees that the Council owns and has a
responsibility to maintain was adopted in 2019.  The policy now requires updating to ensure it is
fit for purpose and reflects up to date national
guidance.
