To consider a
S13A Discretionary Council Tax discount
 

Decision

The Executive Member for Finance resolved
to:

a)   
Consider the Council Tax Section 13A
Discretionary discount submitted under Section 13A of the Local
Government Finance Act 1992; and,

b)   
Agree to award  the Section 13A discount as detailed in paragraph
2.7 (an award of £2001.88 to cover the full debt outstanding
on the account)
