The Executive of West Oxfordshire Council approved the Health and Safety Delegated Responsibility Framework on 21 October 2026. This framework delegates authority to the Chief Executive Officer, in consultation with the Leader, to approve health and safety policies. The framework establishes three levels of health and safety documentation and outlines their respective approval routes.
