The Executive of West Oxfordshire Council approved recommendations on 21 October 2026. The council approved the Fleet Decarbonisation and Vehicle Procurement Strategy and delegated authority to the Director of Place to approve the procurement of replacement vehicles for 2026-27 using the £3.5m capital budget. The council also approved the procurement of certified HVO as a transitional fuel and noted the fleet replacement plan for 2027-28.
