Purpose

To
consider the outcomes of the statutory consultation to change the
restriction time in Zone G of Woolgate Car Park, Witney to 12-hour
maximum stay.

Decision

The Assistant Director for Resident Services, in
consultation with the Executive Member for Leisure and Major
Projects, Resolved to:

Consider the one piece of feedback supporting the change.

Confirm they were satisfied the consultation was completed and that
the proposals for revised Parking Order would go ahead.

Authorise officers to go ahead to establishing the Notice of Making
and complete the Parking Order.
