Purpose

The Cabinet will be asked to consider proposals for potential
revisions to the Local Council Tax Reduction Scheme prior to
seeking its approval by Council.

Decision

Recommended to Council: (17 December 2024)
 
That:
1.          
The Local Council Tax Reduction (LCTRS) Scheme for
2025 to 2026 as outlined in Report number CAB/WS/22/069, be
reviewed.
 
2.          
It be recommended to Council to make the changes to
the Scheme outlined in section 2 of Report number CAB/WS/24/069 and
that the maximum discount change only relates to 2025 to
2026.
