Purpose

The Cabinet may be asked to consider at this stage,
recommendations of the Performance and Audit Scrutiny Committee for
recommending to Council on proposals for achieving a sustainable
budget in 2025 to 2026 and in the medium term.

Decision

Recommended to Council (as part of the budget
setting process): (25 February 2025)
 
That the proposals, as detailed in Section 2
of Report number PAS/WS/24/030 and Appendix A (Budget Assumption
Changes), be included in the 2025 to 2026 Revenue Budget.
