Purpose

The Cabinet will be asked to approve a
consultation on the Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning
Document (SPD).  The Council has a
statutory duty to consult with residents and stakeholders for a
minimum of six weeks.

That:
1.          
The Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning
Document (as set out in Appendix 1 to Report number CAB/WS/25/063)
be approved for public consultation.
 
2.          
Delegation be given to the Head of Planning in
consultation with both the Portfolio for Planning and the Portfolio
Holder for Housing, to make any presentational improvements or
minor nonmaterial changes to the document as necessary prior to
commencement of the consultation.
