Purpose

The Council is to acquire the land known as
ground floor level of covered passageway adjoining 372 Edgware
Road, London (registered at the Land Registry with possessory title
under title number NGL883956) (Passageway Land).

Decision

Decision taken

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning has
approved:
 

The acquisition of the Passageway
Land on the terms set out in confidential Part B of the Officer
Decision Report;
The Council entering into any
documentation necessary to facilitate and complete the acquisition
of the Passageway Land including settling any property
rights/matters necessary.
The Council taking all steps
necessary to enable the Passageway Land to be used as a temporary
means of escape in an emergency for the Commercial Occupiers
including the submission of any required planning applications and
undertaking any associated works.
