Purpose

To progress the deeds of release and pay compensation
following the appropriation of the development site in accordance
with s203 of the HPA 2016, so as to enable the release of
third-party rights affecting the
development. 

This decision was delegated through the
Cabinet Member Report dated 20th June 2023 authorising the
Appropriation of Land at proceed with the Appropriation of Land at
Adpar Car Park.
 

Decision

The Executive Director of Regeneration,
Economy, and Planning approves the payment of compensation, and
negotiation and entering
into deeds of release in accordance with terms agreed
by the Council’s Right of Light surveyor.
