Purpose
To progress the deeds of release and pay compensation

with s203 of the HPA 2016, so as to
enable the release of third-party rights affecting the
development.
This decision was delegated through the Cabinet Member
Report dated 20th June 2023 authorising the
Appropriation of Land at Queens Park Court Car Park.
