The Executive Director for Regeneration,
Economy and Planning approves the grant of a lease to Residential
Management Group (RMG) of a property in Mandeville Apartments on
the basis set out in the report.
 
Reason for the Decision:
 
Vacant possession is required for Bucknill
House (January 2025) and the grant of a short-term lease to RMG
will allow the last remaining resident at Bucknill House to be
relocated on a temporary basis thereby achieving vacant possession
of Bucknill House.
