Purpose

Authority is required to grant a new Lease of
the basement forming part of the building known as Sherbourne
House, Abbots Manor.

detailed in Exempt Part B of this report; and the Council
entering into a rent deposit deed and any other ancillary legal
documents in respect of the new lease on the terms set out in
Exempt Part B of this report.

decision is required to enable the tenant to remain in occupation
and continue serving the community. The tenant is an established
charity and provides support to residents around education, health,
social inclusion, advocacy, and faith promotion. The tenant
has been in occupation of the Property for the past 10 years in
accordance with a prior lease dated 15 April 2014, which has now
expired.
