Purpose

Cabinet Member Report (CMR) seeking approval
to endorse the required contract extension on Ebury Phase 2 for the
Client Monitoring Team Services.

Decision

Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Regeneration and Renters has approved contract variations for
the provision of compliance monitoring services for the delivery of
Phase 2 of the Ebury Bridge estate regeneration.
 
Reasons for Decision: The contract
variations are required to ensure quality and co-ordination are
maximised with respect to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
drawings following lessons learnt from Phase 1, to cover an
extension in the construction programme, and to ensure
compatibility with the Building Safety Act.
