The Cabinet Member for Communities has
approved the capital spend of £4.958m for the Report It
re-design project, with spend over the three years as follows:
£1.841m in 24/25, £1.740m in 2025/26 and £1.377m
in 2026/27.  
 
Reasons for
Decision
 
The 'Report It Assistant' is an AI-driven tool designed to
give residents, visitors and businesses an easy way to report
street-based issues, such as fly tipping, graffiti, animal fouling
and street noise, to the Council. It offers an intuitive chat
interface that guides users through the steps of reporting
issues. The re-design of Report It will significantly
improve make the reporting process for residents, visitors and
businesses.
