Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Housing Services has approved the award of a contract to
deliver stock condition surveys for 3,060 tenanted high-rise homes
to Savills.
 
Reason for Decision: This contract
helps to ensure that the tenants living in high rise accommodation
are in safe properties which are in good repair and meet their
needs and that the Council is compliant with the Regulator of
Social Housing's Consumer Standards and and the Decent Homes
Standard.
