Purpose

Further to the decision to
appoint the MDCT and approve the Feasibility Stage expenditure,
officers return with the outcome of the Feasibility Stage and seek
endorsement for Contract Variations and OBC Part 2 expenditure from
CRG and the Cabinet Member in accordance with the CMR for the MDCT
appointment.
 

Decision

Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Regeneration and Renters has approved the design development of
the preferred option for the Lisson Grove redevelopment programme,
including a Meanwhile Community Hub, as well as the associated
spending and necessary contract variations and delegated
authorities.
 
Reasons for Decision: A decision is
required to progress design development ahead of the Outline
Business Case proposal, following the review of findings from the
initial Feasibility Stage, which will allow the Council to progress
the delivery of new high-quality, affordable housing and a Health
and Wellbeing Hub at this site.
