Decision

Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Streets has approved the conversion of the Council’s
remaining waste and street cleansing fleet to electric vehicles
through a variation in its contract with Veolia.
 
Reasons for Decision: This purchase of
new electric vehicles through Veolia will ensure value for money
and that Westminster has a clean, green, electric fleet, including
for future contracts, reducing carbon emissions and improving air
quality.
