Decision

Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Regeneration and Renters has approved the appointment of the
Multi-Disciplinary Consultants Team (MDCT) to lead the next stages
of design development for Church Street Sites B and C.
 
Reasons for Decision: Following
progress in developing Site A, the appointment of a project
manager-led MDCT to progress design development of Sites B and C is
required to take forward the Church Street Estate regeneration
project, which will deliver the high-quality affordable homes and
community spaces that the area needs.
