Tribunal (JCT) Consultancy Agreement (Public Sector) 2016 contract
to Atkins Realis for multi-disciplinary professional services
advice via the Pagabo Professional Services Framework – Lot 1
to cover all Capital Minor works projects within the Operational
Portfolio to Atkins Realis worth a maximum of £6 million. The
contract is planned to commence May 2025 for a period of 1 year
with an option to extend an additional 1 year (1+1).
 
Reasons for
Decision
This will allow for the the continuation of ongoing project commitments set
out in the capital programme and to facilitate a robust
re-procurement process. 3.2 There has been overspend of £3m
equating to £5.5m through the existing framework (combination
of actuals and commitments).
