The Cabinet Member for Regeneration and
Renters will consider the appointment of Multi-Discipline
Consultant Team (MDCT) to take the schemes from early Feasibility
through RIBA Stages 1 to 4 including design, procurement, delivery
and through the Councils Business Case Stages including Strategic
Outline Case (SOC).
