Purpose

The Cabinet Member will consider the
appointment of estate agency services for the sale of market sale
units in Building 5 in Ebury Phase 2.

Decision

Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Regeneration and Renters has approved contract awards for
Knight Frank LLP and CBRE Limited to be Joint Sales Agents for
Phase 2 of the Ebury regeneration scheme. The agents will support
the Council with design advice during the Pre-Construction Services
Agreement (PCSA) stage and later with full sales and marketing
services for the sale of private homes.
 
Reasons for Decision: Early engagement
of sales agents during the PCSA stage will support the design teams
in the development of the market sale homes on Ebury Phase 2, and
the Joint Sales Agents approach has been taken to maximise market
reach and increase sales potential through positive competition
between agents.
