The Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care,
Public Health, and Voluntary Sector has approved the award of the
Homecare Framework Agreement to the 18 named providers in appendix
one for the delivery of homecare services, as set out in this
report (covering Lots 1, 3 and 5), for a duration of five years
starting in June 2025, with an option to extend for a further two
years. The total framework contract value for Westminster City
Council is £223 million (including VAT) or £186 million
(excluding VAT). 
 
Reasons for Decision 
The award of the homecare framework will
enable the allocation of call-off contracts to approved providers
for the delivery of homecare services within Westminster City
Council. This process meets the statutory requirements of the
Public Contracts Regulations and the requirements of Westminster
City Council’s Procurement Code.
