Purpose

The Cabinet Member will consider the Outline
Business Case confirming the strategic delivery approach for Ebury
Phase 2. The report will also request approval for the PCSA
contract variation and approval of expenditure on various
consultant fees.

Decision

Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Regeneration and Renters has approved the delivery by
Westminster Housing Developments Limited as the delivery route for
Phase 2 of the Ebury Bridge Estate regeneration, as well as
additional budget expenditure, spend on remaining programmes, and a
contract variation on the Pre-Construction Services
Agreement. 
 
Reasons for Decision: This decision
will progress the delivery of Phase 2 of the Ebury Bridge Estate
regeneration in accordance with the Council’s commitment to
the renewal of the Ebury Bridge Estate. The renewal will
deliver high quality new homes for new and existing residents, as
well as additional homes for social rent to meet housing need.
