end financial position and to reprofile
unspent capital budgets into future years.

Cabinet approved the
following recommendations:

Noted the revenue outturn position for 2024/25

·      
Noted the capital outturn position for 2024/25

·      
Approved the reprofiling from the 2024/25 capital programme to/from
future years
 
Reasons for Decision: It is recommended
that the capital reprofiling is approved so that the 2025/26
capital budgets reflect the 2024/25 outturn position.
