Decision Taken:
 
The Executive Director for Regeneration,
Economy and Planning approved the procurement for a shared contract
for Pimlico and North Paddington Digital Dash, for a contractual
period of 1-year, with an option to renew 1-year plus 1-year,
making this a potential 3-year contract in total.
 
 
Reasons for the Decision:
 
The Executive Director for Regeneration,
Economy and Planning has delegated authority to spend £20
million in funding for the North Paddington Programme. Of this,
£50,000 has been allocated for the Digital Dash.
 
For the Pimlico Programme, a Medium-Term
Financial Planning (MTFP) request for £50,000 had been
approved. This Funding has been allocated to the Director of
Economy and Skills to deliver Digital Dash.
 
Based on these two funding approvals, the
Executive Director approved proceeding with the procurement of a
shared contract to deliver Digital Dash across both programme
areas.
