Decision
The Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care,
Public Health and Voluntary Sector has approved the award of
call-off of several contracts to neighbourhood providers for the
provision of homecare services, commencing in September 2025, for
an initial term of five years with an option to extend for a
further two years. Further details of providers and contract values
are set out in the report.
The Cabinet Member has also delegated
authority to the Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Public
Health to extend the framework agreement for all Lots by a further
two years, and has delegated authority to the Bi-borough Director
of Integrated Commissioning for call-off arrangements under Lots 2
and 4 for individual care packages as spot purchases. 
 
Reasons for
Decision
This process meets the statutory requirements
of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and allows the Council to
meet its requirements to deliver homecare services.
