Purpose

The Cabinet Member will consider the contract
award of an implementation partner to support the delivery of the
Council’s new Corporate Data Warehouse (Data Hub).

Decision

Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Finance and Council Reform has approved the contract award for
the delivery of a Data Hub Implementation / Delivery Partner to
Altimetrik UK
for an initial 12-month contract for a maximum value of £3.87
million.  
 
Reasons for Decision: The Data Hub
workstream is part of the Council’s wider ambition to become
a more data-driven, transparent and outcomes-focused organisation,
in support of the Fairer Westminster strategy. The contract award
to Altimetrik UK will support the implementation of a platform
which will consolidate existing datasets and enable a broader set
of capabilities to deliver modern, scalable data services and
projects across the Council.
